Neuroaffirming Group Case Consultations for Therapists
Groups start the week of November 9
For psychotherapists at every stage of neuroaffirming care. Specialists bring their complex cases for deep, nuanced reflection; clinicians newer to this work learn to spot and support neurodivergent clients. 80 minutes online, up to 8 clinicians. Join as a member, or drop in for a single session.
Memberships are billed every 4 weeks, with a 12-week minimum commitment, then cancel anytime. Two seats in each group are 20% off for early-career clinicians and those serving underserved communities.
Drop-In Session
$95
Want to try a group before joining? Or does your schedule change week to week?
Book a single session when it works for you. Drop-in seats open one week before each session, when space allows. Members get first priority, so spots are limited.
Each 80-minute online group session offers thoughtful, neuroaffirming consultation, practical tools, and peer support for psychotherapists. This is a space for reflection, connection, and self-care to help reduce isolation and burnout.
The rich discussions, clinical insights, and emotional support from the group will help you feel inspired and prepared to move forward with your clients.
In the group, you will:
Learn from case consultation and group discussion
Gain new perspectives and clinical nuance
Consider intersectionality and complex trauma
Develop practical, neuroaffirming tools
Connect with fellow providers through shared support
Session Format
Every session follows the same 80-minute structure, centered on one pre-submitted case.

Questions and Answers
What are the group guidelines?
This is professional clinical consultation for clinicians working with neurodivergent adults and older teens, ages 16 and up. Please share no identifying client information, aloud or in chat. What's shared in the group stays in the group: you can take the general learning with you, but not other members' cases or names. Participate however works for you. Speaking, chat, or listening are all welcome.
How do I submit a case?
Members submit cases and questions through one short form at least 48 hours before their group. The consultant picks the primary case 24 hours before the session and lets the presenter know.
Who are the groups for?
Licensed mental health clinicians, plus pre-licensed clinicians practicing under supervision, who see:
Clients who are often late-diagnosed or late-identified
Is this supervision, continuing education, or crisis support?
No. This is professional clinical consultation.
Not licensure supervision. Hours don't count toward licensure, and consultants take no supervisory responsibility. Pre-licensed members keep their own supervisor.
Not clinical responsibility for your clients. You remain fully responsible for your clients and clinical decisions.
Not emergency or crisis support. Follow your own emergency protocols, and don't wait for group to act on risk.
Not continuing education. No CE credits are awarded. Our podcourses are our CE offering.
Do you offer reduced-rate seats?
Yes. Two seats in each group are 20% off the current rate, shared between early-career and community access seats. No financial documents are requested.
Early-career seat: pre-licensed associates, interns, and trainees under supervision, or clinicians licensed within the last 3 years. Share your license or program name and year.
Community access seat: clinicians whose caseload is mainly in community mental health, Medicaid, sliding-scale, rural, or culturally specific settings. Write two or three sentences about your setting.
How does billing work?
Memberships are billed every 4 weeks, with a 12-week minimum commitment, then cancel anytime.
No refunds, rollovers, or make-up sessions.
Are there weeks with no groups?
Yes. No groups meet the weeks of Nov 23, Dec 21, and Dec 28.
